An experience

Sushi here is seasonal, unique, and colorful.  Hilo's sushi sauces and dressings are inspired by flavours and ingredients from all four corners of the world. Each dish is served with it's own specially crafted signature ‘wild’ twist. Our aim is to provide a little vision on how food could be if we just imagined so!
